Andrews Raja is a field practitioner more than an educator in Social Work who got sound theoretical understanding with the master program (Specialization – Social Welfare Administration)at TISS, Mumbai.He is a creative, innovative social entrepreneur driving solutions with individuals, groups, community, governments and market forces. He prefers and has undertaken need based intervention / action researches and offer consultancy to local and national organizations. His interest and current area of work is in Livelihood, Community building, Good governance, Organic farming, Environment, strategy development, youth and women empowerment linking with SDGs. Creating functional social work models (Charity, Development and Right based) is what he does. He is ever ready to face new challenges in the betterment of the human race…

Dr. C.R. Christi Anandan is teaching Human Resource Management (HRM) in Social Work (MSW) with ample exposure in Industry and Non Governmental Organisations. Has expertise in Project Development, Strategic Planning and Impact Analysis. Continue to be Trainer for various forums in soft skills and social development and organized workshops for Employees, Teachers, College Students and School Children on various themes. Visited countries like Bhutan and Sri Lanka for Educational and Research Assignments. Published research articles in reputed journals and presented papers in various National and International Conferences. He is also present member of Board of Studies of Social Work at Tiruvalluvar University, Vellore. Obtained Doctorate in the theme of Organisational Climate and Role Stress Correlate with Employee Engagement and has cleared UGC – NET in the Year 2006.

Dr. K. Arockia Raj has been a Youth Development Educator since 2006 As a faculty, educated number of youth workers and social workers. As a trainer and inspirational speaker, 76 trainings including Training of Trainers conducted for youth, teachers, NGOs and corporate. As a researcher and consultant, 19 projects were undertaken for national and international organizations. Published 32 research papers in refereed journals at international and national level. Offered workshops and certificate program on Research Methodology and SPSS. Specialist in SPSS software. Offered Certificate program on Transactional Analysis. Written modules for Diploma programs on Youth Development and enhancing Employability Skills. Edited four books concerning youth development. Appointed as expert member and member of Board of Studies for Thiruvalluvar University. Approved research guide for Ph.D and M.Phil. Organized number of programs for the wellbeing and development of adolescents and youth. He is ever ready to collaborate with likeminded individuals and organizations to empower youth and build nation.
Dr. T. Selvam MSW, M. Phil, PGDHRM, Ph.D

Dr. T. Selvam, a Social Work Educator with special reference to Community Development. He studied MSW and M.Phil at Sacred Heart College, Tirupattur. He did Ph.D in Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. He has also completed Post graduate diploma in human resource management from Pondicherry University and post graduate diploma in NGO management from Madurai Kamaraj University. He has passed the UGC NET which was held on June 2012. About his research experience, he has involved in three research projects which were funded by different government and non government agencies. He has published 14 scientific papers in the journals and 2 papers have been published in the edited books as chapter, presented 12 papers in the national and international conferences at various places, served as organizing secretary for five events in the college where he is working presently. He was the General coordinator for outreach programme of the college. He has documented the activities and prepared as newsletter. Apart from these credentials, he has also contributed to the corporate life of the college.He has served as Nodal officer in the College for UGC grants and NIRF assignments. He is a member in IQAC, Project Monitoring Committee, and College Building Committee.
Dr. Clayton Michael Fonceca MSW., M.Phil., PGDJPR, Ph.D

Dr. Clayton Michael Fonceca as a social worker with dreams, values and goals towards the betterment of the youth and the community at large. He has cleared the UGC NET Examinations in the very first attempt in the General Category. He is a Double Gold Medalist in both the Under Graduate and Post Graduate Degree Programme and also have a Band Score of 8.0/9.0 in the IELTS Examinations conducted by the British Council, United Kingdom. He has published and presented 15 scientific research papers in peer reviewed and refereed journals with high impact factor and also published a book titled Recent Trends in Social Science Research: An Interdisciplinary Approach. His qualification includes a Doctorate in the discipline of Social Work with a highly commended status, a Master of Philosophy and a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism and Public Relation from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirapalli.
Fr. Daniel Ambrose MSW, M. Phil, (Pursuing PhD)

Rev. Fr. S. Henry Daniel Ambrose, is professional social worker (M.A. Social Work & M.Phil.) in Loyola College, Chennai. He has completed SET in 2016 and NET in 2017. He carries with him 18 years of full time Youth Work both in formal educational settings and non-formal social and developmental areas. He has worked in development sector for 3 year and is in Higher Education for the past 8 years. He has published research articles in National Journals. He currently teaches Youth Development in the Dept. of Social Work. He is also the Director of the Extension Education and Services sector of the College. He is currently carrying out a research on Difficulties faced by Women Entrepreneurs of Vellore District, funded by the National Commission of Woman, New Delhi. He has expertise in the Project Proposal Writing, offers consultation to NGOs, Developmental training to School, College Faulty. He also very versatile in offering Employability Skills training to UG and PG students of Arts and Science Colleges. He has been Director of CHILDLINE while in Dharmapuri and has contributed much to the wellbeing of children and youth.

Ms. E. Lisa, started her career as an Assistant Professor in the year 2013. She has completed her Graduation in Computer Science, Maters in Social Work (Human Resource Management) and M.Phil in Social Work. She has also cleared the UGC NET Examinations in the year 2015. The areas of her interest lays on Labor Law, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Counselling, Human Rights, Corporate Social Responsibility. She does not stick on only to her specialization but she even learns and tries handling new topics. Being a teacher, she is not only teaching the syllabus to the students but also aims in imparting values which help the present generation to cope up their stressful situations and to lead a meaningful life. Hoping to continue her good work by developing her knowledge simultaneously.
